Janet Rogers, M.ED., BCBA

Janet has been in the ABA field since 2012 and received her BCBA in 2014. Janet Rogers received her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in ECSE from James Madison University.  She holds an endorsement in Learning Disabilities from UVA and post-graduation certificates in Autism from George Mason University and Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati.

Prior to entering the field of ABA, Janet taught children with special needs in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, and Kansas City school districts.

Janet’s interests include:
IEP law and advocacy, Verbal Behavior, Theory of Mind, and Executive Functioning.  She lives in Leesburg with her husband, two daughters, and too many pets.

 

 

Ashley Hendricks, BCaBA

Ashley’s background includes working with kids of all ages, but specifically with the early childhood population. When beginning in the field, Ashley did her Registered Behavior Technician certification through Florida Tech. She graduated from Purdue University Global with her Bachelor’s Degree in ABA in August of 2021. Ashley is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in ABA. Her BCaBA certification was obtained in February of 2022.

Before beginning working in the ABA field, Ashley was a lead teacher in an early childhood education classroom for over 10 years. In addition, she has shadowed children with special needs in their preschool classrooms. Ashley is also a Professional Development Specialist with the Child Development Associate National Credentialing Program.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys going to Disney World and spending time with her husband and two kids.

 

Sania Tahir, Behavior Technician

Sania has been in the ABA field since 2020. She has worked with a wide range of ages in clients. Sania is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology at George Mason University here in Virginia.

Sania speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, & Punjabi. Painting is a hobby of hers!

 

Vicky Leivano, Behavior Technician

Vicky has been working in the ABA field since September of 2020. She has worked with individuals with disabilities for over 5 years and with various age groups. Vicky graduated from Shepherd’s University with her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree. Vicky is fluent in Spanish as well.

Vicky is fun-loving and uses her creativity in providing attentive services to her clients.

She likes to spend time with her chihuahua, Brown, in her free time.

 

Colleen Bagonyi, M.Ed-ABA, Behavior Technician

Colleen is a special education teacher and behavior technician. She has 10 years of experience in working with individuals with autism as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities. Colleen has been a teacher of students with autism in Prince William county for 6 years.

She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Special Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s Degree in Special Education & Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. Colleen loves collaborating with families and community members to help her students and clients succeed in all aspects of life.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family & friends – especially if she is near a beach or lake!

 

 

Latoysha Dixon, RBT

Toy is a Registered Behavior Technician. She has worked in the ABA field since 2017. Toy has also worked with clients with a variety of needs. Her experience in the field is diverse. She loves her clients and the families that she serves.
